This issue of What's On Clonmel is our first double issue, in conjunction with the Clonmel Junction Arts Festival (CJAF).
The What's On Clonmel project was partly inspired by CJAF 2025 / Asylum Productions “Gutted” work, where we had conversations about the revitalisation of our town centre and about local, grassroots promotion of the arts. One year later, we're really happy to feature the festival in this special issue.
The Junction Festival's theme for 2026 is 'Exchanges', exploring cultural exchange and blending in our local communities with theatre, storytelling and collaborative artworks.
With over 130 events for all ages and all interests, this is the busiest week in a while.
While you enjoy all that Clonmel has to offer, please remember that What’s On Clonmel is a volunteer project and that we need your help. We're still looking for distribution volunteers so we can go on holidays!
